Yes, all impound fees must be paid/processed prior to the picking up your vehicle. It must be in your knowledge that we do not pay any impound fees.

We require a title/ownership including the relevant papers for all vehicles picked up. However, certain cities do not require titles. For those that do, a duplicate is an option that may require a small fee from your local Department of Motor Vehicles. The title/ownership must be there and that too free of license.
